Executive Committee

          Project Advisory Committee
Description:
The primary duties and responsibilities of committee members include:
  1. Providing guidance and counsel to the Project Delta 2006 functional and technical teams
  2. Acting as a sounding-board during the development and implementation of the approved work process redesign recommendations
  3. Assisting in the coordination of project-related inter-office policies and procedures
  4. Informing and updating respective units on the progress of the projects
  5. Serving as a two-way communication vehicle among the functional and technical teams as well as to the wider university community
  6. Assisting in managing expectations of the DePaul community to a realistic understanding of PeopleSoft functionality
The Advisory Committee completed its charge and was disbanded in March, 2001.
