Getting Data Out of PeopleSoft

   The many panels (screens) of the PeopleSoft system are actually "portals" that let people put information into the system. Some panels are useful for viewing information about individual students, and some provide a means to print individual information, such as a student schedule. However, you may need to get information about a group of students, or put information into a file to analyze it. In these cases you use one of two tools, Query or Mobius (DocumentDirect). You will also be using a different database than the live production database for these purposes. Read on to learn more about these tools!
