We found out that this was due to the student's appointment. To correct, select "override appointment" on the enrollment request panel. |

Highlight effective date field and insert a row (F7 or the insert row icon). Remember that PeopleSoft strictly maintains history for all students and any new information must match a new effective date. |

Open the student's record through Bio/Demo Data or Address Search. To add a new row, click in the "Effective Date" field and hit F7 or the insert row icon. Enter country "USA" and hit Tab. This should activate the other address fields. Enter the new address using the Tab key or mouse to move between fields. Use upper and lower case letters. When you have updated everything you need to change in that set of panels, press the Enter key or the Save icon. |

Double-check that the correct Career has been selected (e.g. Undergraduate, Graduate, Professional). Your security access is also matched to career levels. If you work with both undergraduates and graduates, you need the appropriate security. |
