![]() If you have trouble If you are having difficulty printing after you have followed the "Setup for Printing" handout, please follow these steps. If you do not have access to "Configuration Manager" in PeopleSoft, go to these folders and double-click. My Computer | P: | psoft | sa760 | bin | client | Winx86 | and find the icon showing a man with a hat. Go to the client setup tab. Click OFF PeopleTools, Uninstall Workstations, PeopleBooks. Click ON Configuration Manager and Install Workstations. Click Apply. Click OK (if necessary). Login to PeopleSoft (PeopleTools). Go to Edit | Properties | Configuration Manager. Click on the Process Scheduler tab. Look at Database Driver. It will probably say "orant" somewhere in that path. Change it to "C:\orawin95\BIN" if you have Windows 95 or "orawin98" if you have Windows 98. Go into Start | Settings | Printers | double click on the default printer. Copy the first path, which should be highlighted. Click on Capture Port. Paste in the path field for Lpt1. Check Reconnect to login. Go back to PeopleSoft and select Edit | Preference | Run Control | check that your login is selected | Edit. Check client, printer, Lpt1 Then try to print from PeopleSoft.
